Crunchy & Earthy
I absolutely love this chalk, it’s the only one I buy. When I get it, I empty it into a paper bag to “dry out” more and it’s the best! It’s crunchy and has the best earthy taste! I’m on my 4th order of this!

Flavor a very bad
Fast shipping. But I do not recommend I’ve tried other brands and was very tasty. This one smells fishy and it was a little rusty. It also is a little hard to break completely down.

Crunchy and very nice! The best one
There were several cracked pieces but overall very good. 10/10. If you do not have PICA or crave chalk you should not be trying edible chalk. It’s mainly tasteless and not like food but it’s super crunchy. I love the crunch!

Fantastic Product
I’ve ordered 4 times now. Each time there has been a slight difference in taste though I store them in the same area in precisely the same way. I believe it’s because they’re all natural. The first batch had a wonderful earthy taste but was harder to bite. The second batch was shortly easy to bite and a delightful crunch. It wasn’t as earthy tasting so I would added a swig of water 💧 with some bites to help. The third was easy more velvety feeling. This fourth batch tastes salty for some reason with a bit of an earthy taste, but not as easy to bite. Though I’ve purchased 4 times, not a one of the packages contained a sawn bar that wasn’t broken into multiple pieces are crumbled. I’ll take a teaspoon and eat the powder when I’m out of chunks. I tried to use the promo code on the included business card that comes with each for a discount off my next order, but I have not gotten it to work.

Quenched unusual pica cravings
I have pica from iron deficiency and crave things like baked clay or chalk even though I’ve never consumed these things before. I also have strong scent cravings, like steamed rocks, summer rain on hot pavement, petrichor, dusty attics, the lumber department of a home improvement store, etc. This chalk satisfies these cravings, or maybe just turns me off of them altogether. I can only handle a nibble or two, the texture is dry and it absorbs all the moisture in my mouth, which I enjoy. There’s some grit, but it’s not at all like sand as others have mentioned. Someone said that they have a “freshly painted garage” flavor, which I actually like and find appealing, fresh out the package it’s very concrete dust on a newly painted surface. It’s been sitting out now for a day and the flavor has become much dustier and less paint-like and synthetic. I set it on the heater vent hoping it will pick up some of the smell the heater gives off when it’s first turned on as the dust that’s collected on the coils and in the vent heats up and gives off this scent that I find so appealing. It has and I’m pleased, hopefully the longer I let it sit the better it tastes. I’m giving it just 3 stars because even though I’m satisfied with this product, I’m aware that it doesn’t taste *good* and the texture is rough and hard to swallow (literally). But I’m also aware that both can be true- I can enjoy it while its also objectively bad. I think only those who have experienced nutrient deficiency or pregnancy induced pica will understand and appreciate this. If you’ve ever wanted to take a bite out of drywall, then this is for you.

My fave
My favorite variation of this chalk. The longer you air it, the better it gets. Not too hard but hard enough for a nice crunch. I keep mines near an open window for a nice "outdoor" taste.

It’s clean and it quenches the craving!
Especially when you wrap it in damp paper towel ‘til it air dries…that crumble at the first bite…oh my days. This really satisfies the immense craving so I’m glad I took the plunge one Sunday and decided to google how to quench this craving. I find the taste clean and chalky and hope it remains that way - chemical free. I don’t consume the product though as I’m not sure how that works it’s way through digestion so I bite, chew a little or let it melt on my tongue, get the satisfaction and the spit [into a bowl. Ew! I know. Not dignified at all but I’ve seen how the chewed chalk settles and I can’t imagine that can digest and pass through]. Either way, nice product. Since my first order in early September, I’ve ordered the 3 bar a total of 4 times. The 4th being today 19 Oct so I’ll have to start pacing myself.

Chemical chalk not edible
I’m craving for an edible chalk and I’ve been buying another brand and it was really natural and without any chemicals. So I have smth to compare it with. That one has a suspicious taste and smell like there is chemicals inside. I’m from UssR and I know how the natural school chalk feels like ;). So I’ll never recommend this chalk to eat.
