Been using it for a couple of months now. Works great for me considering i have forceusa G6 and it made my life easy and saved me from buying second machine just for legs workouts.

This is a must to use when doing glutes. I love them. I love the extra strap that goes under your foot. Keep my feet and legs more stable as I do my cable kick back for my top shelf. It feels more secure where it doesn't slide up.

The main parts of this ankle strap are well built - strong stitching, thick metal D loops. But the additional "boot" strap part has turned out to be more trouble than it's worth - I can't get it tight enough without it going loose, and it's just one more adjustment every time you use it or switch legs. Plus, it's largely unnecessary. I do multiple variations of kickbacks, and the main strap stays put without that extra tether under my foot.

Versatile - best is a great workout for my knees.

these feel great around the ankle, my only complaint is that the bottom strap doesn't reach around my shoe and wouldn't been nicer to have a longer strap
