this has a pro- biotic? how hard are they to swallow? i sometimes have a hard time swallowing larger vitamins

I've lived by these multi vitamins for a couple of years now, great value and good content. As a father of 2 young kids, and as someone who works out regularly, I feel these give me the full suite of nutrients I need to supplement my diet.

After purchasing these initially for my husband, at first, though many do expect miracles. He did notice a difference in how he felt after a few weeks. I checked in with him quite a bit - he does have health challenges (iron deficiency, digestive issues, energy levels - which can be attributed to his iron levels!) BUT - when I asked him if he'd want to go back to the standard A-Z multivitamin + mins - he said no, I like this one. For HIM to say that... is A LOT. So - we're on bottle number 2.. LOL (The women's version is good, but I'm seeing now if I am feeling a difference without them, so far.. no) But the men's definitely seem to be doing a great job (in conjunction with a good B-complex to help with his iron deficiency issues). He has more energy and feels better overall. It's NOT a miracle vitamin/supplement. But a very well rounded multivitamin and feel that I can honestly say - that I highly recommend it. Four stars - because the 'values'/MG's are NOT as high as I'd like them to be? But they're adequate and provide my husband what *he* needs. This may not be for everyone - please read the ingredients/nutrition label very carefully before purchasing. There may be items in there that would interact with certain medications and/or health conditions. Otherwise - very good multivitamin, very good quality.

Quality ingredients offering the best vitamin and supplements!
Have tried other multivitamins - and this multivitamin from Briifood definitely offers the best essential vitamins and the extras as well such as probiotics / omega 3,6,9 / herbal blend for men’s health. Their B-12 is derived naturally as well from methylcobalmin unlike other vitamins where it’s synthetically derived from cyanocobalamin.The smell isn’t bad unlike other products - slightly herbal - almost like dried raisins - not bothersome at all.Overall a great quality product and highly ecommend it!

Top Class Multivitamin for Men
I am 78 and have found great difficulty in finding a natural source of vitamins and minerals etc which ticks all the current scientic boxes and does not contain iron which recent studies shows can cause serious problems. It is also able to be taken by most alergy sufferers. A great easy to take one a day tablet at a great price.
