Great product
Works great! I use mostly at night, takes the edge off so I fall asleep faster.

These pills DON’T WORK
Instead of making us calm they make us clammy. We start sweating a lot & feel weird NOT CALM AT ALL. Both my husband & I took & disliked these pills. I was totally ripped off & they won’t refund my money when I asked for a return. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Best CALM
I have tried all of Arrae's products and the calm is my favorite. I am a conessuier of products that calm and this is by far the best. I take it daily at the end of my day so I am able to wind down, reflect and process. I love the product and the company and highly recommend giving it a try to bring peace in to your body and mind.

Helpful but expensive
I found a sure peace and calmness from these pills but the cost is too high to continue

Not sure
Honestly not sure if they worked but I did sleep through the night. I woke up a few times which is good for me and when I did wake up I sort of felt as if I was spinning so I quickly got myself back to sleep to ignore that feeling. I will keep trying to see if they work but I take it as a win considering I got sleep!
