This turned out so cute. The directions weren’t great but it wasn’t hard to figure out. Took me less than 15 minutes to assemble.

The tassels are very cute. I found them in a whim looking for decorations for my daughter first birthday. The instructions that come with them are kind of lacking. I looked up tissue tassels on YouTube and found better instructions. Once I got going, I put them together quickly. I only used one set of each color. Super cute.

I purchased 10 17” round balloons and thought these tassels would be perfect to add as a tail. I purchased 2 packs of 40 to have a 5’ tail for each balloon. I assembled these the night before. After you roll the tassel to make the loop they give you THE SMALLEST twist ties to tie it together. I had to tie 2 of the ties together to give myself a decent length In order to use with ease. After rolling 3 tassels, I realized they felt a little heavy and was concerned they would weigh the balloon down. So I started reducing the tassels to half (2-3 sheets each) thinking this would be enough. By the way there’s no instructions on how to use these as ballon tassels. The next morning, I strung together 5 tassels and added it to the balloon. The balloon fell to the ground. So I removed 1 - still fell to the ground. Removed another - still fell to the ground. I finally reduced it to 1 tassel (which only had 3 sheets) and it barely floated. After searching around on the web I discovered that you have to roll each individual sheet (there are 5 sheets per tassel). And then only 3 will work as a tail. Needless to say, I didn’t use the tassels at all. I’m sure the tassels will work fine if you’re using it as a garland. I would advise to still roll each sheet individually, it’s what I found on other sites. The directions that come with the packet are poorly illustrated and don’t have any descriptions. Good luck!

The bright pink color was the perfect addition to the party decor.

The instructions wasn't easy enough. It took 3 of us to get one part. Took up too much time and I didn't get my money worth. I wasn't able to use them for the bridal shower.

Very happy with end product but be prepared for a few hours if you’re doing it yourself

These do take a lot of manual work to put together, but the outcome is so worth it! I loved having these strong up for my party. I just definitely needed my husband’s help or it would’ve taken me forever to complete. If you purchase, don't wait to put together the day of - be sure to complete in advance.

Love the look of this had it actually been quality enough to be put together. Did one for my daughters birthday but this one was awful! Took over 2 hrs to assemble bc had to use scissors to cut individual tassels since were not pre-cut properly! And looked awful with ripped pieces and miscut pieces upon arrival. And the instructions are horrible and obv not done by someone who speaks English, had I not already done one before I would have no idea how to put this together… an awful made in China product. Save the time and aggrivation and go to party city for this.

The color is the same as promised, but still, i felt a little bit overpriced

You have to make it your self which for some reason was hard for me!

The kit only comes with 15 tassels (instead of the 30 advertised).
