Perfect silicone rubber for picky pads!
Perfect hardness for homemade picky pads. It's soft enough to pick the beads out while still giving a little bit of resistance.I had tried a different brand of silicone rubber with hardness of 15 but it was too hard to pull the beads out.But this one is nice and soft and, again it still gives good resistance.Easy to mix. Easy to use. Great results. No air bubbles.Good stuff.

great product - learn how to make silicon molds before you complain!
great product, cures well. evenly. For those who complain about not curing - if you use primer or paint on your model - give them a few days to gas out, before making molds, otherwise components in paint will inhibit ANY platinum silicon. To those who complain about leaking - it says LOW VISCOSITY. It means it will get to every craves of your model which is great. To accelerate curing time - put it in the over at 150 F or so (warming mode). it will cure fast!

Good texture of silicone for its price. If you follow instructions and mix the one to one ratio correctly you are gonna have yourself a good silicone mold that would last you for a very long time.

Great product
Great product. My molds set in only a few hours and are ready to use for my projects. Super easy to measure and mix. I do get bubbles but that is probably my fault for mixing too quickly. No smell and fun to color the mold instead of it just being clear

Easy to use; hard to mess it up
I calculated 195oz for this skull mold. I bought 3 box kits totaling 252oz of silicone. I mixed in one packet of gold mica dust to all six bottles of mixture. I decided it was better to waste some than need more and have to weigh it to measure it. It was easy to mix; like mixing syrup together. Then I poured it into the mold. The gloves included was very helpful. This mold is not strong enough to hold 45lbs of cement and keep its shape so I use rock pebbles around it in a box to help keep its form. First one came out wobbly looking a bit but the mold worked great for the details. It easily peeled off the cement. No bubbles and I didn’t do anything but pour the silicone in the mold and let it sit for four hours. It solidified. I thought it was stuck to the plastic skull and the outer concrete holder I made but it peeled off slowly and once it was off it didn’t stick again. The silicone took some paint off the original plastic skull but those paint chips washed off. Careful using knife with it. It cuts really easily especially when soft. I made the mold in the morning, took it out mid afternoon, washed it, bought Rapid Set Cementall, poured it that night and peeled it off the skull in 30 minutes. Great product.

Fun to Use!
This was my first attempt at making silicone molds. And this solution made it super easy!I was able to make a medium size dog bowl mold, a small bowl mold and 2 little knick knack molds. It’s a bit pricey for experimenting. But the molds seem to hold up well after several uses and cleanings. One note: if you submerge your item in the solution (like I did), you need to make sure it’s heavy enough to stay submerged. Otherwise, your object will float to the top and it won’t work. I had to keep watch over mine and periodically push them down with a skewer until the solution firmed up enough.

A true waste of money
The media could not be loaded. First off I hate this so muchI have given this mold making stuff two tries. First it leaked all over the box it came in and I tried to use it but. The insides of my molds are runny and still not cured on the inside, the part that truly matters. I have a pressure pot and sometimes that helps but if I leave it to cure it's a mess and a disappointment.PROs: it's cheap for the amount of material you get. It's clear 🤷CONs: it is runny so if you make molds regularly like I do you gotta try and seal every inch even though it doesn't matter cause it will seap through and be a waste, even if you have your ratios equal on a scale there is no telling if it will work even if you mix for 10 minutes,It's a mess!! If it doesn't cure right and stays a sticky mess you gotta try and get it off of your piece you wanted to mold. Clean your work station if you don't wear gloves while working with the messed up mold it can burn your hands.I have had nothing but problems with it and will never get this again. You can't pay me to use it again! I've cried over this stuff while trying to mold simple things and it can't even do that UNLESS I use a pressure pot. Please save your self the trouble. Get Smooth on Dragon skin if you want a clear mold making material that's also skin safe after it cures. It's more money but it's guaranteed to be better then this garbage.
