It’s more of a matte shine finish almost like a fake pearl that’s colored but good for the price the cross is just a bit flimsy

I like using cord rosaries when I'm in bed because they don't snag on things (the chain rosaries are beautiful but often catch.) So I was excited to see this one available. And it's very nice! The beads are made to mimic pearls I think, and they have a nice weight. They feel very good in the hand. The cord runs smoothly, the rosary is nicely knotted. It's really wonderful. I hope they have more rosaries available like this and perhaps chaplets too. It's exciting! I would order from this company again without hesitation based on this product. I think this would make a lovely gift for anyone that prays the rosary or would like to learn.
