I picked this primarily as a lick mat snack. The fact that it claims to help skin/stomach care is an added bonus, especially for an allergy-prone lab. The ingredient list is awesome, and the nutritional content seems decent. I did feed this as a topper a few times, but my girl could care less how it's presented - she's super interested in the contents as soon as a pouch is opened.I only have two issues with it, and one is more generalized for any type of product marketed as a topper; the pouch is an annoying feature. I would personally prefer something more sustainable, as well as an easier way to ensure all the contents come out as opposed to doing the toothpaste-squeeze several times.The other issue is the fact that the ratio of liquid to food isn't balanced. The chunks of salmon are huge, so there's definitely a substantial-sized treat available, but it seems a bit underwhelming even as a topper.Overall, I recommend this, and so does my girl!

My sick Border Collie is on meds for congestive heart disease. I like to give this to her as a snack. She needs all the help that I can give her! She’s always willing to eat this, and that is good!

The quality of the simple ingredients are great. Use them as a topper for by dog food and we had no issues the broth, the chicken, the carrots, all looked good and smelled good. Careful opening the bag. I suggest cutting it open so you don’t spill broth all over the place. Our dogs loved it and knew it was time for dinner. The second the packet was opened. Definitely a great little treat or an addition to your dogs meal.

Thisnis a great ingredient list, butbthebportuon is really small. I use this as foot toppers for my dogs. They weigh 55 and 75 lbs. I only used one pouch and split it in half, just to give them enough flavor and juice with their kibbles and vegetables. They seemed to really enjoy it.Personally, I would've liked to see a larger portion, especially at over $2 a pack. The whole pack had maybe a couple bites of good sized salmon, other pieces were finely shreeded in lots of juice. I wouldn't even cared if they added more veggies to bulk up the portion (I added my own veg in the picture).I think this was a great product to try, but I probably won't be getting these any more though because I have used freeze dried toppings and added water for less price to get the same result...

We do give Tank wet food regularly, however, in the summer he sometimes seems like he trims down too much, so we like having more protein to help him maintain a better weight and they do seem to help with that while he gobbles them down. Not only our dog, but our cat Onyx enjoys them as well and thankfully tank has no problem sharing with his brother because the two of them go to town when these come out.I think the only thing I have to complain about is that you really have to work to get everything out of the pack because there is always that little bit that gets stuck in the bottom of the pack and you have to really dig to get it all out!
