They worked on my CZ 457 Scout
I was needing to mount a scope as close to the bore center on my CZ 457 Scout as possible.I removed the sights and replaced them with 6-40 plug screws from Brownells. The Brownells part number is 080533640. The plug screws don't fit the rifles threads. It is some weird metric size. I ordered M3.5 X 0.6 Metric Round Die from Amazon and resized the Brownell screws to fit. A little blueing and they were ready to install. Now I had room to install my Leupold 3-9X33 EFR scope close to the barrel. I went with the Talley short rings. It is a nice tight fit with only a small gap.As for the rings, they are a quality product. They weigh 2.72 ounces which is lighter than many of the aluminum rings I found. Mostly because the Aluminum requires additional material to make them strong enough. They were also true to size. Many rings are thicker than they claim to be. The Talley's were right on the money. The only downside is the clamshell design. Most rings mount to the rifle then to the scope. These ones clamp to the rail and the scope at the same time. It makes it harder to hold all the pieces together while tightening. If you lap your rings, you are going to have to do this awkward hold and screwing routing multiple times. It's not a deal breaker, but it isn't as easy as scopes that mount to the rifle first and then the scope.I would buy these again despite the juggling routine.

These are for a LOW mount
Not sure why anyone gave this a bad review. Read it carefully THESE ARE LOW MOUNTS.This item (low) is not made for guns with iron sights, if your gun has iron sights, get medium or high mounts, OR remove the iron sights and you will be ok with low

Too Low for CZ 455 lux or trainer (because of the rear iron sight)
These are way too low for CZ 455 lux or trainer, both of which have iron sight. It's not like you can just remove the iron sight from the barrel either. Then you are left with two holes on the barrel, which have to be filled with a custom piece made by a gunsmith. It's just too much work. You would have better luck with a set of high rings, or even better a EGW picatiny rail on top of your 11 mm dove tail rail. With picatiny rail, your options for rings are endless. And it would also build up your scope, so it does not touch the iron sight. These would work great for the CZ 455 American model though. All the people who give good reviews probably have the CZ 455 American model.
