Hi ,first time I'm purchasing something like this. It does help!. I wish it warm up the water too That's the only thing. but I like it It's a goodbye I do recommended. Thank you.

Good product but see warnings i put up
Does a great job but only able to use water(distilled, purified). Also Check liquid every few days to see if it has floaters in the water tank..so pour out and clean,refill every few days. Dont know what they are but dont want in my eyes

To Return or Not Return?
(First review was 3 stars, see update below for 1 Star )I have a love/hate relationship with this product. I had never heard of these devices and have chronic dry eye. Decided to try this out. OMG when it arrived it really relieved my dry eye. The mist is just amazing. I like this product because the mist is strong enough to reach the eye without having to put the cup against the skin. After two weeks and getting one for another person with dry eye and touting what I thought to be an amazing product, the device started leaking as many reviewers commented. I reached out to the vendor through the Amazon portal. It's been two weeks and no response. I did put in for a return and it's approved. Thing is, the unit stopped leaking and now only does on occasion. I went ahead and bought a higher priced model that had a heating feature. That arrived and does a great job. The new device puts out less mist and the cup needs to be against the skin. There are times I just prefer the way this product works that I prefer. For now I'm holding on to this product, I still have plenty of time to return.

It brings relief to dry, tired eyes.
This little gadget is immensely helpful for dry eyes, a lifesaver for me! Works perfectly well.

It's not the end all for dry eye, but does help some.

Helpful for dry eyes
Works fine for me, no leakage. I put eye wash solution in the top and when I push the button, mist comes out within a few seconds. It's very soothing.
