Awesome big 18" crisp bright travel 2nd monitor
Bright clear easy to read portable display. Love the large size, fits with an aftermarket Amon bought 18" monitor soft case in the laptop travel backpack. If you have a powerful USBC lap top charger you can plug this into one of the two monitor USBC ports, then connect monitor to lap tops USBC, this powers the monitor so 100% portable monitor screen brightness is achieved and it charges your lap top at the same time (at a slightly slower charge rate cause some power is for portable monitor).Advantages1) Largest portable monitor that fits in my travel backpack with monitor in a soft case with my del rugged lap top in the same backpack pocket.2) Good quality colorful bright monitor picture, text is crisp and easy to read, awesome 2nd monitor for my lap top.3) Comes with all the cables you need and small wall wort power supply. Cable s are good quality, thick and work reliable.3) Monitor includes high quality studey stand that folds flat into the monitor back. Very nice, useful, and very durable/sturdy.4) When I work at remote job sites every few weeksd all others without a 2nd travel monitor a very envious, plus this one is much bigger the most.5) My 62 year old eyes love, cannot live without a 2nd large then my laptops monitor and it's just as bright. Life is good.Disadvantages1) Requires/recomend always using 2nd seperate USBC power wall wort for reliable 100% screen brightness, your laptop USBC is likely not providing enough power to the monitor to get anything ove 69% brightness and monitor mar work for a few hours the over tax the laptops power supply as all get warm and monitor shuts off. Or see above a few paragraphs method of powering monitor and charge laptop at same time, see a few paragraphs above above about using laptops charger plugged into the monitor ging monitor full brightness while charging your lap top at the same time way cool thing.2) Does not come with a protective case, search Amazon for 18" monitor case two come up, I got the all black one, is protective, works great. This works great, monitor in the soft case just fits in my travel backpack.

Check your Mac settings if you use this
I have the older version of this and it has been so great for the price. Its light weight and size make it easy to carry in my laptop case to use as an extra monitor when traveling or in a meeting. And on my desk (where I already have two monitors) I often add this when another monitor would be helpful, and put it back in the laptop case when I don't need it.The newer 16" version claims an improved display, but when I first plugged it into my MacBoook Pro, the screen was washed out no matter what I did with the controls - dark greys and blacks were medium to light grey, and some of the colors looked funky. I was getting ready to return it assuming something was wrong. But then I noticed that a setting for High Dynamic Range on the Settings->Displays page on my MacBook. It was checked (the default with a new screen?), and when I unchecked it the InnoView screen finally looked normal, with good contrast, correct colors, etc. And yes, the quality of the display is better than the older one. This definitely is an upgrade over the older InnoView which I already thought was great, especially for the low cost and portability.

Perfect for mobile style gaming
I bought this monitor to have a second one for my laptop, it is super easy to setup, perfect screen size, great display quality, and overall great value for the money! The only issue I have had is sometimes it cuts off and turns back on by itself but that is not very often.

Very nice monitor for the money!
Amazing how screen tech like 100hz IPS was quite expensive only a few years ago. This is a stellar monitor for the money! It came very well packaged, think Apple on unboxing & presentation. It's sturdy, well designed with a solid kickstand that serves to protect the input ports when retracted. Hinges feel sturdy, rubber feet solid. Screen is bright, clear & evenly backlit. I'll be buying another for 3 screens. One review mentioned it needs a power supply, so not truly portable. It's not a tablet.. of course it needs a power supply. Comes with a wall adapter, two USB-C cables, very decent HDMI to mini HDMI, and a protective sleeve. The only con I see.. the sleeve is a very coarse material inside & out, could be abrasive to the screen. Careful handling will help avoid screen abrasion.

Stopped working within 6 months.
Bought this in October, and it worked like a charm! It is now March, and the screen no longer works. The port does not recognize when it is connected to my laptop. It turns on long enough to recognize it was connected to *something* but then enters powersaver mode. I have gone through all their troubleshooting tips, tried multiple sources, used all the different ways to connect including different ports on the screen and on my laptop, attempted to change the source...and nada. I am using the cords they provided, it is always kept in its protective case, and is in a secure/structured pocket for travel. Super huge bummer because it's light weight, easy to use, not complicated at all....but if it stops working within 6 months, it's not worth the cost at any price.

It’s reliable.
Surprisingly good monitor. I’ve been using this monitor now for a few months and I gotta say, it’s a lot better than I thought it would be. I’ve been away from home off and on for the last few months and have been using this monitor for mostly playing games. The screen quality is definitely decent. The colors and detail shine through pretty well for something that isn’t 4K, the ease of use couldn’t be more simple. Literally just plug it in and start using. The power cord and Mini HDMi it comes with are pretty short, so if you want to be lazy like me and lay back in bed with a pillow on your lap while using this, definitely think about getting longer cords. But all in all, it’s a pretty good portable screen. I ended up buying another one recently for a 4K screen that was over $300 and it died on me in less than 24 hours, while this guy has been staying strong the whole time I’ve had it. Good work Innoview.
