Hi, Can this mount work on a sky-watcher 12 inch collapsible?

No. The 12" weighs too much and is too long. This mount has a weight limit of 44 pounds. I've seen people use this mount with 8" class Newtonians, but that is about as big as I would suggest.

Is this mount identical to the atlas pro? can you move the head around by hand and the computer keeps up with where it is like the atlas?

No it is not. The Sky-Watcher AZ-EQ6 Pro would be the equivalent of the Atlas Pro with the encoders needed to move telescope by hand and the computer would keep in sync with manual movement, just like the Orion Atlas Pro AZ/EQ-G did.

What's included, tripod? head? couter weights? camera cable?hand controller?

Well, the exact opposite just happened to me - received the head but no tripod. Going through the refund. Maybe we can all meet up somewhere and put together a complete mount.
