Once sprayed on balding areas (there was some quills appearing) it took about two weeks and feather growth appeared following two more sprays. So very pleased. Chickens shook head in disgust at taste and I held my breath when spraying, as previous reviewer reported it does smell somewhat. Since spraying there has been a lull in regrowth of the other areas (hence four stars) on tops of legs and am now trying a combination of Net Tex and gentian violet to mask the area from nosy others. I moved also to a higher protein layer pellet diet (dried meal worms and dried cat food has high protein levels as additional scratching treats) and at times give calcium in the form of yoghurt as occasional treat. Pleased I did something about it and appreciated reviews from others before purchasing. (Update) However, on reflection it did not really work for me and I am now adding to this, that the only way to get feathers fully restored for me was to build a separate coop and pen and in six months 'Mrs Timpkins' was fully feathered but I could not return her to the others for fear of the problem re-occurring...the culprit has since passed away and all bottoms are recovering with quills and fluff - and why did I not remove the culprit instead, to the separate coop, I ask myself now?

Delivery on time and a product that works well. It does need to be applied a couple of times but my chickens have stopped the aggressive pecking of each other’s feathers and the feathers are starting to grow back.

Trying it .too soon to tell.

One of my hens was being bullied and although I tried separating them, when back together the pecking resumed. Bought this spray and it really does work. The bullied hen now looks the picture of health. Can really recommend.

How on earth the manufacturers can sell this awful product at this price is unbelievable, first time out made sure all top and screw top tight, put on gloves and began to spray, the first couple of pumps nothing happened, so I gave it a shake, it leaked all down the side of the sprayer, so checked the top again, this time I got a very small week spray, and it started to leak all down the sides again, I had more on me then the birds had on them and for something that is meant to smell so bad i could not smell it at all, expencive, poor quality, don't work, my opinion don't buy.

Had two hens that were pecking the life out of each other. This spray MUST be used in a well ventilated area. I know it's offensive to hens - that's how it works, but by golly it sure stinks! Great price and as the hens have stopped biting each other I assume it works very well.
