These peppercorns are very fresh and powerful, and pack so much flavor. They are also different in some ways than any other high quality peppercorns I've used in the past. They have a heat, spice, earthy, and herbal quality to them that complements so many dishes so well. IF you're looking for the largest amount of peppercorns for your dollar, then these are not for you. If you're looking for great flavor and distinct notes to amplify your meals, then these are for you.

These provide a unique aroma and flavor all their own. Very potent pepper, which only comes from wild growing pepper plants of Madagascar. No matter where you buy from they are not cheap, but if your after intense flavor or making a special dish they are well worth it.

This peppercorn is unlike any other we use, and we use about 12 different types. These are tiny peppercorns that pack a nice subtle heat, unlike the majority of peppercorns we use. I highly recommend you give these a try. Floral and lovely fragrant bouquet.
