This really seems to be working as I definitely have more energy. It took a few days to get used to the taste. My only concern is that it’s advertised as being 60 servings and after using it as described, after only one week and seeing how quickly the level is dropping, I cannot see this lasting for a month, never mind two months 😳

They seem to be doing their job and I like the liquid form.The taste won't be to everybody's liking but they're vitamins in liquid form and you can't expect them to taste like a chocolate milkshake!Saves large capsules getting stuck in the throat...yes NEWS FLASH, I've come across people who have trouble swallowing capsules, or food items...it's called dysphagia...look it up!This is a good way of having all the B vitamin complex, plus it is liposomal, so better absorbed by the body.

Tastes pleasant and definitely boosts energy. Good value for money. I bought 3 bottles for £39.99. 1 bottle lasts for more than a month.

I got the liquid form of B complex as it was easier absorbed and most reviews said the taste was fine.My findings are that the taste was pleasantly appealing and the liquid is easily taken and appears to be working as advertised I.e. more energy.Is maybe a bit on the expensive side but is worth it and perhaps as others have suggested, through trial and error the dose can be lowered.
