This is the first of me buying this particular balm (I usually use Upcircle since it's all eco friendly) but, my friend recommended this leading up to Xmas because apart from the plastic lid it's in an eco friendly bottle and better value for money because there is more product in the tube for less money. It works fine and doesn't break my skin out but, after Xmas I will go back to using the more expensive Upcircle because the ingredients are sustainably sourced and all the packaging is eco friendly.. But if you're looking for a cheaper alternative that isn't in a plastic tube this is perfect. The texture is nice, it has a very mild fresh scent, and the directions say to leave on for 5 minutes before wiping off with a clean flannel to increase Hydration, and moisturise the skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and takes off all of my makeup Inc highly water proof mascara.

Loved this facial cleanser. Very gentle on the skin. It’s clear and squeezes out like a gel toothpaste, but cleans away the most difficult if make up and mascara and leaves your skin both clean and moisturised. Great purchase, value for money and recommended!

Smells lovely as do all Weleda products but its texture is like Vaseline and feels really waxy and to thick when spreading it on, a cream cleanser is far superior. Weleda light moistururiser is great though, texture is just right

Great thick product for taking off your makeup, working into your skin and washing your face. Very gentle on the skin leaves your face feeling smooth clean and protected. 100% recommend Weleda products! Smells lovely and great value for money a little goes a long way!

I normally love Weleda products but I don't find this nice to use. It's a bit sticky. And I'm not sure if it's cleansing off makeup and end up using another cleanser instead.

I absolutely love the fragrance and it’s non drying,I wish it came in a larger container..

Accidentally ordered this instead of the skin food cream and it was a happy accident. This has the same fresh slightly fruity scent as the cream. You only need a little on dry skin and it melts away your makeup so easily and effortlessly. Then rinse. I do double cleanse on makeup days. It leaves your skin feeling soft and supple. I follow with the skin food original cream. Will definitely repurchase
