I checked the research on taurine supplementation and it seemed worth trying. This bag will last you 200 days @ 5g a day. I sleep like a log. Note that taurine, although an ingredient in energy drinks, is not a stimulant. This is my second order.One point to note. It was going down much quicker than I anticipated. I then weighed the amount scooped up in the included scoop - 10g. Three times their recommendation, twice what I wanted. Do NOT use the included scoop. Use proper measuring spoons.

Much cheaper to buy in bulk. Has bitter taste but not noticeable when mixed with Mango juice. Touted as a super supplement, good for bodybuilders' cutting phase as it opens mTOR pathways without food.Watch out for the weevils, though. They only live on the surface so just scoop around and underneath them. You'll be fine!

As us men age, there is a reduction in Taurine levels which have many benefits. This supplement is tasteless and easy to mix in with oats, tea, smoothies and more.I feel great and hope you notice the difference as well. Great pre and during exercise supplement but beneficial any time of the day. Highly recommended.

Love I can get 1kg of this which will last forever. Put a silicone anti damp sachet in it to prevent clumping!

Comes in a nice large pouch (1kg). No scoope but 1/4 teaspoon is 1 gram. I will be ordering more from this brand.

The product is Taurine powder, I imagine it’s good quality as it should be if it’s one thing. Something immediate I noticed was how big (needlessly) the packaging was. It’s wide and tall, and the powder inside needs packaging only half as big. I’d recommend adjusting the packing size with space saving and storage efficiency in mind. If the packaging is fixed, I’ll be happy to take this review down. Thank you!

Only just started taking this but the key points are:Sleep: definitely noticed a sedative effect. I started feeling sleepy a couple of hours before I usually would after taking 3g in water.Taste: neutral in water. I expected it to be bitter but I really couldn't taste anything.Bonus TipsI'd have given this product 5 stars if it came with a scoop to measure how much you're getting but as it doesn't, I thought it would be helpful to let you know that 3g = 3 quarters of a teaspoon.The powder doesn't dissolve straight away, I made mine in a cocktail shaker.
