I've been taking this on a daily basis for two weeks now, and I do have to say I have felt more focused and energized- something I usually have had to reach to caffeine in order to achieve. At the point which this is a mineral supplement, if taken as is (mixed with just water) the taste can be somewhat off-putting, so I would recommend mixing it with a shake, juice, or even just milk- the daily dose is a tiny scoop full, so the taste really disappears into whatever you mix it with.

I don’t know if the product I got is different from the others because I really think it taste terrible. To be honest it costs me a lot of will to take it. My kids wouldn’t eat it. In my opinion it’s worse than an electrolyte taste. Maybe that’s why most of the magnesium glyconates come in capsules? Anyway, besides that it is a great product.

Mixes very well with my protein shake. If mixed with water, it does have a little bitter taste so I would recommend mixing with something a little sweet. This product helps my recovery time after a work out and it's packaging makes it easy to remove from container.

I’ll give this three stars. Seems to be a good product, but I simply cannot get past the nasty taste, no matter what I try to put it in. Does not dissolve as well as claimed. Back to the capsules, unfortunately.

A little like creatine, mixes well but cloudy. You can definitely taste it if you mix it in water, not a good feeling. To mask the taste I mixed with lemonade lying around, undetectable. I would suggest drinking it fast and not letting it pool.

I started taking these to achieve a better balance and supplement where I felt I lacked. Since I started taking this I've seen a reduction in my migraines I use to get around my period. I'm super happy with it. Although definitely mix it into a smoothie or something with some coverup flavor.

I threw it out. It didn’t seem like it was legit. I felt as though someone swept up a nasty floor and this is what they got up. Never again.

Got to keep the twitches away and the cells communicating and this does it.
