Extremely high temps and fan noise

For the most part the gpu plays games great but the temps are terrible, I even tested this gpu outside of my case but this had no impact. I haven't bothering to complain because anything below 110 degrees is ok in amd's eyes so i doubt xfx would do anything about it. I have resorted to undervolting it with really aggressive fan curves but this just keeps it within a range I'm just about comfortable with (~85 degrees) but makes it sound horrific.I give 3 starts because the gaming performance is great but the cooler is not capable of keeping this cool
