Copper Insoles Rheumatism Arthritis Aches Joint Pain Relief Ankle - 1 Pair

I love them. Besides making my shoes more comfortable my aches have diminished. Yesterday, for the first time in months,I enjoyed a short walk without pain. I'm going to order another pair.

The cutting guides printed on the fabric side appear not to conform with the footwear sizes in real life. On receipt of said items, the insoles were cut out, as per instructions, to the size of a women's size 4, but when placed inside the women's size 4 slipper were found to be almost 3/4inch too short and approx 1/2 inch too narrow. Naturally, having chosen to trim to what was thought to be the desired size, I was unable to replace the deficiency. Anyone else purchasing this item should start trimming at a couple of sizes larger than required then offering them up inside the footwear and then trimming them further for a tighter fit. Not at all happy. £14.99 wasted.Perhaps Amazon might take pity on us and send a gratis replacement!!

These defiantly seem to help with the arthritis pain in my knee ,ankles and feet.Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because after wearing them for only a few days the copper is already rubbing off.

This is a gift to a friend who suffers pain I have only just posted them to her .They arrived very quickly and were excellent value for money. I cannot comment at present if they are helping her pain.

Bought 1 pair of these for my husband who suffers from arthritis in his knees and he was delighted by the results. I then bought a second pair for his work boots.

These did not really improve the lower back problem they were bought for so not really worth the money.

You could see wear on the soles after just a few days

They were fine
