Your car will be smelling fresher than your breath on a first date
These things are the real deal. You can buy two packs of little trees for the price of one of these guys, but you’re not gonna get your moneys worth. I thought these were another social media cash grab for another run-of-the-mill car fragrance company but honestly, this is the best thing ever. One of these, even after being in use for over a month is still powerful enough to beat down the overwhelming funk of being brave enough to eat a Jimmy John’s sandwich with onions on it inside your car. I just picked up another fragrance to test it out and the only problem I have is that the first one is lasting longer than I had originally expected so I can’t try out the new one quite yet. It’s a pretty awesome problem to have. I’m not a paid spokesperson but drift if you’re listening, I can be. You can’t go wrong with the Amber one and I’m sure all the other fragrances are also amazing.

Air freshener
Create smelling product. It does lose its initial strong smell, but it continues to get a mild but not overbearing

Not bad and not too pricey
More like 4.5 stars. The wood look is great in my Volvo. The scent is strong but not too crazy to overpower you. I got two scents - cabana: which I did not like as much as it has a very strong coconut smell and reminds me of sun tan lotion and teak: this was way more my speed with a strong woodsy scent. Installation is super easy. The scent diffuses pretty well although I think it’s dependent on temperature of the car (less scent on colder days, more on warmer days). Creates a nice ambience when you get in the car.

Amazing Scent, But Lacks Longevity
I recently tried the **Drift Car Air Freshener** in the **Teak Wood** scent, and I have mixed feelings about it. Here is the breakdown: ### The Pro: Incredible Fragrance The Teak Wood scent is easily my favorite car air freshener I’ve ever used. It smells amazing—high-end, sophisticated, and not at all like those cheap, artificial scents you find at the grocery store. If I were rating purely on smell alone, it would be a 5/5. ### The Con: Short-Lived & Overpriced The biggest issue is the longevity. Drift claims these are supposed to last for 30 days, but in my experience, **it only lasted about 2 weeks.** After the 14-day mark, there was little to no smell left unless I was right on top of it. Given how quickly the scent disappears, the price point feels way too steep. For a premium product, I expected it to at least hit the 30-day mark as advertised. ### Final Verdict While it smells incredible, it just isn’t cost-effective for me. I won't be purchasing more because the price is simply too high for something that only performs well for half a month. If you don't mind the frequent cost for a great smell, go for it—but for me, it’s a pass.

Scent Gone After 48 Hours
Okay, so I gave this two stars because it is indeed beautiful, it holds well, and it doesn't get in the way and the worry of it falling onto your face or the dash as you drive is non existent. This thing came in packaged well, I was impressed by Alpha Males review on it so I decided to give it a try, and I bought two of them. One for the driver and passenger side. I installed them on Saturday, the scent was very strong, I see other reviews of people saying just how powerful the scent is and it is true, it's a powerful scent, however, it is right in front of your face as you drive and with the AC on or Heat on will further blow it into your face. Now, as I said, I installed it on Saturday and by Monday the smell was so faint that I forgot that I had installed them. Comes Tuesday, zero scent, I was so disappointed. I questioned myself to see if I had done something wrong, and I followed the instructions that I came with them and I also watched videos on them. Now, I am not sure if it starts off strong and then just supposed to lightly scent your vehicle, because I don't even smell it when I open the door and get in after the door has been closed all night. Maybe I received bad ones? But what are the chances of receiving two bad ones? Even before writing this review I went to my car to see if I was able to smell anything and it was so little that it didn't make sense at all. I think they have a great product here, it looks beautiful within the car, but they need to do more quality checks on this product. Now, they get you by saying that it can last up to 30 days ... But how? What makes it last 30 days? What would make it not smell after 48 hours?

Migraine approved!!!!
This freshener is AMAZING! It’s sleek and chic at the same time and smells so good. Normally fresheners are too strong and aggravates my migraines but not this one. It lasts, looks well in my car, was durable and easy to use. I love how easy it will be to change it up as well. It’s worth it! I got the citrus scent……I think.

Great Scent!
The Drift Wood Air Freshener is a great upgrade from typical hanging fresheners. The teak scent is clean, slightly woodsy, and not overpowering, which I really appreciate during longer drives. The wooden design looks sleek and blends nicely with the car interior instead of looking cheap or plastic. It helps keep the car smelling fresh without being too strong. Installation was simple and secure. Overall, it’s a stylish and effective way to keep your car smelling great.

They work, but longevity varies by scent
Bought these for my car and here is my take on them. The clip is heavy duty and stays in place on my visor. The wood blocks with the scent have a magnet on the back and they stay securely in place on the clip. They definitely have a unique look and they do put off a nice scent. Where the product falls short - and some negative point out - the longevity can be less than desired. I found this appears to vary by scent. My first one was the teakwood scent. It has a nice smell, but after a couple of weeks it was pretty much done. I then decided to try the amber scent and my experience has been totally different. After a month, this refill is still going strong (in fact, at first it was too potent at times). Now, to answer a burning question many folks have: can you recharge these blocks? In my experience, the answer is yes. I took the worn out teakwood block and recharged it with several drops of diffuser oil. I added the drops and put the block in a plastic bag to let it soak in. It will last a couple of weeks and I use it in my closet at home. I suspect the longevity of the refill is based on the scent, the concentration of the oil, how well it soaks into the wood, etc. For me, I’ll stick with the amber scent since it smells nice and lasts a long time. YMMV.
