1. Straighten the articulated arm, place it at the entrance of the auditory canal, and practice in each ear. 2. Perform 1 to 2 sprays, 2 to 3 times a week or 1 to 2 sprays every day, in case of a particularly dirty or dusty environment, frequent swimming, dry atmosphere, or hearing aid users. 3. Rinse the nozzle with hot water after each use.
