Lindy Bop 'Grace' Midnight Blue Party Dress

I was extremely nervous about ordering this dress as I was afraid I would not select the correct size. I chose a size small-- I am 5' 4", my weight is 115 lbs, my waist measurement is 28", and my bust measurement is 36" to give an idea of my actual size in comparison to the size chart. The waist was a touch big maybe a half inch but the bust fit perfectly against me-- I wear a 32DDD in my bra, I hope this helps in others choosing the right size. I was happily surprised that you can wear a normal bra with this dress without any of it showing. I wore this dress with crinoline underneath to give it the fullness you see in the photo and it was beautiful. The material is a simple cotton so it's not an extremely elegant dress but I think it is perfectly suited for a semi formal occasion. I think you can guarantee standing out from the crowd in this lovely dress.

First and foremost the processing and shipping of this dress was exceptional - prompt, fast, efficient, arrived well before it was scheduled to.Second the quality of the dress is spot on. It is cotton with a hint of stretch to emphasize your curves in all the right places. I'm a girl with an ample bosom so the neckline of this dress played up my assets nicely without revealing too much cleavage. The dress has a nice light sheen to it that brings it from an ordinary day dress to something I would wear to a wedding or evening out. The blue color is gorgeous as well.Third, the size was to true fit. I was like most, nervous about it not fitting but it was right on. I will being making future purchases from Lindy Bop very soon.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. I feel so feminine in it. The color is as you see it in the picture. I ordered it in size L even when i wear M, because other buyers say it runs small on their sizes. I think this style actually is true to american sizes. In my case fits comfy enough but since the fabric is strechy it would've look better and more fitted in my original real size, but i didn't wanted to deal with the returning process so I keep it. To be fair next time I order this style I'll ask for an M. The bow it's kind of loose but nothing that a couple of stitches can't fix.

Purchased this dress for a 50's inspired wedding and it is super cute. It seems well made and fits perfect. I was nervous ordering the small because almost every review says the dress runs small, if anything I found it runs big. The bow is a bit flaccid, but I think if I starch and iron it, it will perk right up! Can't wait for the petticoat to arrive too.

This is my second Lindy Bop dress and I want them all. I bought this dress for an upcoming wedding and it fits perfectly. I'm beyond thrilled. I ordered a M, which was risky. I'm 5'3 158 and depending on the bra a GG..and the dress fits perfect. I would recommend reading the size chart because that's how i got such a perfect dress. LOVE IT!

Bought this for my wife for Christmas pictures and it was great. She's 5ft 1 and curvy kinda of lady the medium fit comfortably and the large fit a little big but was roomie. Wound up keeping the medium for her as she didn't plan on wearing it for an extended period of time like a full day. The material is thick but not hot the zipper does require some help if you want the dress to fit snug. Don't get me wrong it was snug but not constricting. Plan on ordering more from this company.

The dress arrived on time and in great condition. It's a heavier fabric than I expected. It is fully lined and fits well according to size. I would like to mention the flower accent is really flimsy and will need starching to keep it looking like a flower. And I will definitely need to buy an underskirt to make the bottom appear really full.

The dress is really pretty and the quality is good. It was made in Europe so the sizes run a little smaller than here in the US. The bust was way to tight so I have not actually worn the dress yet. I will have to loose about 20lbs it looks like.
