First mechanical keyboard and I love it.
6 month update:Don't be put off by the current low star count/bad review. This board is solid. I've been using it for 8-10 hours+ a day for the last 6 months and have had no problems. I'm a software engineer by trade, vim power user, and this keyboard is a joy to use. And being able to quickly switch from my work apple laptop to my personal Linux PC is super easy with the mac/pc switch, along with the option of being able to connect to multiple devices via bluetooth (fn+1, fn+2, etc) and/or via usb. This was my first mechanical keyboard and I was concerned about the noise as I personally HATE when I hear loud clicky-clacky keyboards on zoom calls, so I opted for the "Low-Profile Gateron Brown" keys, and wow, I must say, I really enjoy the tactile feel+sound feedback. It really has sped up my typing. As for the noise, I have personally asked others over zoom/slack if they can hear me typing, and all have said no. But I'm not sure if that's from zoom's/slack's noise cancelling, or that I'm always always wearing higher end noise cancelling Bose or Sony wireless headphones when I'm on a call, but I will note my father could clearly hear me typing over a phone call loudly stating: "what is that noise? Wow, you type fast.", so yeah, YMMV.In short: Quality and packaging was great, solid build, a pleasure to type on. Highly recommend.

Nice keyboard, happy with my purchase
This K1 Pro with the brown switches is pretty nice.I'm no keyboard snob. I'm happy enough with this old laptop keyboard I'm using at the moment. I'm not a fan of having extra junk on my desk such as a wristrest, so I 'had' to go with a low-profile keyboard.Pros:* I feel like I can type a little faster than with a mushy keyboard like the one I'm on right now. I have another keyboard with blue switches. Their clickity-clack can be neat, but I really like the low-profile browns. I get all of the feedback that I need and it's not as loud when I'm not in the mood for loud.* The keyboard is low enough that I find it very comfortable w/o a wristrest* The battery life is plenty good. I haven't had to charge it on purpose yet* The feel and sound is satisfying* I'm not fancy, but there are plenty of interesting backlight patterns. I'm fond of the heat map and the light-up of the keys around the one you pressed mode. I assume that nothing being on when I'm not actively typing helps keep the battery lasting longer.Cons:* The stop firmware doesn't allow me to select colors for certain keys. I think it would be handy to be able to set w-a-s-d a certain color, etc.* Bluetooth switching between my main two computers isn't as seamless as I had hoped. Going back and forth I have to tell my machine to reconnect with the keyboard. I can't do that unless I'm logged in. Can't log in w/o typing my password... I keep a USB cable around for those times when I need to switch. I think it's the fault of the various OSs, not the fault of the keyboard, but it's a periodic annoyance.

Disappointed with the quality of the product
The media could not be loaded. I really liked Keychron products and I actually own another Keychron keyboard which I've used for quite some time. I decided to purchase another keyboard just because I like the TKL layout and I found the initial one that I have too high for my liking. The keyboard itself looks really nice and fits perfectly on my setup, but there are components that are just questionable if they went through QA. Examples that I have are the stand which one side feels pretty sturdy, while the other side feels a little "weak" (for lack of better terms). the height adjuster on the right-hand side just feels like it's about to give up at any point. Another one was the random scratch lines on the keycaps. I am pretty sure I ordered a "brand new" one, but it feels like I received a second-hand keyboardFor the price of the keyboard, I am not expecting to see noticeable defects in the product.

Dim leds, non-shine through, but good QMK low profile keyboard
The leds are SO dim on this. I was expecting bright shine through leds but that is not what Keychron delivers. If you want bright LEDs then stay clear of Keychron. Otherwise this is a very nice low profile keyboard.Minus one star for dim ledsMinus one star for non-shine through caps, have to purchase your ownQMK works great but you have to use the keychron fork, the bluetooth_playground branch.

Keyboard does not work at all
When I order this keyboard. Amazon warned me it was a frequently returned item. And I thought, well sure, it's a keyboard. People are picky about keyboards. They need a certain layout, they want it to have a certain sound or feel to it. Maybe they don't like the build quality. Maybe the corner got cracked during shipping. Something reasonable and rare like that. What I did not realize is that THE KEYBOARD DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! Perhaps THAT is why it is a frequently returned item. Because it doesn't work at all.I know what I'm doing. I tried it on 3 different computers with 2 different USB cables, I tried Wired mode and Bluetooth mode, and I tried toggling the Mac vs. Windows mode on the back. Nothing.

It worked sometime then keys faulty
I have bought a Keychron K1 and it worked seamlessly for more thanks a year, then it started to present problems with keys when typing it would display an array of other letters or symbols. I tried resetting the keyboard and other recommendations but it never fixed. Very disappointed as I really like these keyboards.
