Had a problem with my first tent, customer service was very fast to send out a brand-new tent for me.The tent is very high quality for the price takes a while to put up, but once you get used to, it should be fine.You cannot find another tent for this price and this quality anywhere

Got this and when I first put it up it had damage to the seams but seemed quite good anyway, got a replacement fly sheet sent out quite quickly unfortunately the second one I tried out at home seemed fine took it on a camping trip and had a night with rain and water came through the seams of the tent leaving puddles in the living room area, disappointed as then had to travel home early

Good tent, not too difficult to put up once you know what your doing. Bedroom does reduce light but not entirely

We were pleased we tested out putting up this tent in our garden before going on our camping trip and glad we did!Putting it up is not easy and took us almost three hours for the test.Glad we tested though, as once you know the technique to put it together, it only took 30 minutes to put up at the campsite.

It is waterproof. The sleeping area works well with the blackout material. Erecting the tent is harder than it looks. It doesn't seem to look right once erected. Would have preferred the tent to have had an attached ground sheet throughout. To be honest seen better for less money. But definitely well waterproofed.

This tent will leak. Some seams were restitched in a different place on two seams leaving open stitch holes in fabric. Tent sides behind rear pole are loose and cannot be better tensioned so it contacts the inner even in a gentle breeze. Disappointed.

Was a bit worried by the reviews on here but we were pleasantly surprised! This lasted us 3 nights at Creamfields where there was torrential rain 2 of the nights & quite windy conditions - the porch area was great to sit in when it was raining and still have some light coming in.As other reviews have said the stitching isn’t the best on some of the toggles etc but it was completely wind and water proof for the inner tent area which is all we were looking for & don’t think you can complain for the price! Would suggest a trial run putting it up as instructions could be a bit clearer but once you know what you’re doing it didn’t take too long! Excited to take it camping up north in future :)

I thought I try this tent out for the festival . i volunteer for a week before i thought try it out. I found that it was just about waterproof if you not careful you can make a swimming pool in the porch ( the sleeping area fine). The zipper for the sleeping area is weak and can split. The material of the tent is light so not sure it will last another year. I put it in the back up tent pile if some tent break in the crew as i am it will last for several years of use.
