Good to have on hand
I used this to make a killer apple pie (King Arthur Flour sells something similar -- see their website for some more recipes). I also put a dash of it every once in a while in pellegrino water. It's too expensive, IMO, to use as a "glaze" for some meat as is recommended. But --- a dash here and there is awesome.

Best Boiled Cider Ever
I almost didn't buy this because it's pricey compared to that other boiled apple cider from Vermont. But that "other" cider let me down and seemed flavorless. So, time for a change. Whoa! I used this cider in my Christmas apple pie, and people, it's the best apple pie I have made, and I am known as the Pie Queen. What a burst of flavor. And surprisingly, despite it smelling bitter in the bottle, that's not how it tastes.I'm sticking with this brand. And since I have discovered my husband filching the stuff for use on oatmeal etc I will have to buy more soon!

Yum!
This is great for allergies, 1 ingredient. It's a bit pricey, but I cooked with this for Thanksgiving and also added it to tonic water for sparkling cider.I would recommend!

Every kitchen needs this
God, I just love this stuff. It is so good when you are roasting veggies or cooking pork, etc. We use it in cocktails. It is sort of like sorghum but very tangy. So good!

Really Nice
I really like this product. It has a deep mollasses flavor and apple comes in at the end. Not as thick as mollasses, but I'm sure it could be a substitue if necessary. Looking forward to playing with this and discovering what I can do with it!
