Very cute and the funnel was helpful for filling it up.

The media could not be loaded. Looks and works great. The color is just as in the picture with the grainy look. The material doesn’t exactly feel like clay but it looks high quality. The size isn’t too big nor too small, just an average sized soap dispenser - maybe a bit shorter. Pump also works perfect.

The spout isn't the cheap metal. With cheap metal, the soap removes the finish in time. I am very please with this dispenser.

After 10 months of use, the ceramic glaze has cracked on the bottom half of the jar. It leaks liquid soap now and soap residue forms on exterior.Just recently, looking at the one-star reviews, several others (Only 13% of customer had a negative review on product said an Amazon Rep I got on the phone) purchasers have had the same issue, indicating that a percentage of these items being sold have a manufacturing defect. Because it's "outside of the return window and only 13% dis-satisfied" no refund. Not right Amazon.

I love the thick material of this soap dispenser—it feels very durable. The colors are absolutely beautiful and match my space perfectly. However, I do wish the pump were a bit sturdier. It still works after about a month of use, but I have a feeling it may not last much longer as it seems to be of lower quality. Overall, a great-looking dispenser with some room for improvement!
