A super find
I like that there are four different sizes which means you can try each and see what works. Also comes in a handy little container. I bought these as I have difficulty breathing through my nose at night. They work for me, opens the airways immediately. There is a slight sensation when using but the benefits outweigh this. I do find the smallest one falls out during the night but I haven't lost it yet! These have been a wonderful find.

Keeps falling out and not comfortable to wear
They always fell out when sleeping could have choked on it as I also where a cpap mask woke up to find it in my mask not good

Disappointing
I was looking really forward to trying this product out. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, there has been not much change. My partner is having sleepness nights because of my loud snoring!
