I had a laptop before buying this and the big screen is amazing. The colors are bright and clear. It's fast enough for my needs which are playing games and watching movies on the internet. I have had no problems with it. For the price it's a great buy. I had a Lenovo and had nothing but problems. HP has my vote of confidence.

I bought two of these units, One will shut down unexpectedly and have to be rebooted. Date is lost and some files are corrupted.The other unit will freeze and have to be rebooted.I am very unhappy with them, but now I am stuck with no options.Hewlett Packard support was a joke, the guy in India didn't know anything, wasted two hours.

To bad this computer comes with a cheap graphics card, if you plan on doing anything other than basic office work this computer is not for you.I loved the specs but I did not check out the graphics card, I wrongly assumed that a computer with 8 G memory and 2 T HD would come with a decent graphics card.

I bought this as a Gift. The person i gave it to absolutely Loves it. Its a Great computer.

Very fast computer! Love the extra large screen. I use it for work and grad school and I’m so happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy it again and have recommended it to classmates and coworkers.

I like that it's all in one & I don't have that bulky hard drive in my way anymore. What I don't like is there have been a couple of occasions when I'm reading an email & the whole computer just shuts down for no apparent reason. Is this normal for this computer??

I don’t know what to do because this computer turns off by itself and it has happened five times while I was on since I purchase this computer and I had to reboot it. It happens almost every two weeks. What is the solution now ? Please advise me. Thank you in advance.
