Porch Light with GFCI Outlet Dusk to Dawn Motion Sensor Outdoor Light 3 Light Modes Exterior Light Fixture Waterproof Outside Wall Light for House Patio Garage

We have an old (1930’s) house. That being said we have no outlets outside. We’ve got an attached garage that has one and that what we use during Christmas for lights with a super long extension cord. Luckily that won’t be an issue anymore 😊

I had to bypass the motion as I needed a light that turns off and on as it is used on my back covered patio. It looks good and the outlet was an added bonus that I found very helpful. My only complaint is that there should be an easy way to bypass the motion detection. My electrician was able to do it, but I doubt if I could do it myself. It would be helpful if you could set for motion or no motion.

I have been looking for a light like this to replace an aging one outside my garage door. It comes securely packaged (and padded) and once installed puts out a good amount of light (of course, how much depends on what wattage bulb you put in). I went with an LED bulb that equates to a 100W incandescent. So when on it puts out enough light to see the outside garage area, even when its in its dim mode. It comes on automatically at dark, and when it detects motion bumps the light up to 100% brightness for a period and then dims again when the motion has stopped. I like that the bottom is open so reaching in to install or replace the bulb is a cinch, and there will be no bugs collecting in the bottom; they will just fall out.Installation in my particular case was a bit challenging, but that's more an issue with the mounting point on my house instead of the light. The light actually should be in most cases really easy to install. In fact, the mounting bracket itself is configured in such a way that it should accommodate most situations. And, because of the way the housing and guts of the light are designed, there is plenty of room for the wiring to tuck inside (no struggling to cram wires into an electrical box). The two outlets are housed under a little flip-down lid in the base (good for keeping rain / water out), and it's good that it has a built-in GFCI. The outlets are actually somewhat hidden, so it's not obvious to anyone just walking by that they're even there. And the lid covering them is magnetic so it will stay closed when not in use.The one thing I have a problem with (and thus why I knocked it off to four stars) is that the instructions are really confusing. The terms and descriptions for the light modes are just poorly worded and explained. So much so that I will just have to work through trial and error to get it set up just the way I want it.All in all, though, I do like the light's looks (see the before and after pix) and the available features.

Wanted to replace my backyard porch light, and decided to give this one a shot as it came with a useful GFCI outlet, Motion Sensor, and other features. It was super easy to install and went up within 30minutes or so, without issues. It takes your standard light bulb which is great. Once night came, i tested out the motion sensor feature and timer, and both worked well without any problems. Only call out is, that if this is too high up, then the motion sensor may not work that well if at all given its placement from the ground movement. Other than that, the light has functioned well for the last several months. Great buy!

I needed a light to replace my front porch light, this one looks great and has two outlets attached to it (GFCI outlets at that). For someone who does a lot outside and uses power tools outside the outlets were one of the deciding factors on getting this light. Installation was a breeze with the included plate. It comes with the hardware you need to install. Although if you're not comfortable with such things, hiring an electrician to do this kob would be advisable. It has a few different settings to fiddled with, changing motion detection and dusk to dawn things. The instructions were not all the helpful in figuring it out either. I've got mine set to come on at dusk which is fine for me. Overall it's a really beautiful additional to any outside home decor.

This is a good looking porch light that is easy to install. It does help if you have a helper to hold the fixture while connecting the wires. The main reason we wanted to try one of these lights is for the additional two GFCI plugs. We have limited electrical outlets on our deck and this light adds two additional plugs. It does set further away from the outer wall than the fixture it replaces so quite a lot of additional caulking is required to seal it. Still testing the motion detection function but that it dims after certain time period.

I love this light so much, I got a second one (slightly different color).Love the styling of this light. Can work on both rustic or modern homes, IMO. It was very easy to install. Ordered it because I like that it adds plugs to a part of my deck that has no other plug options nearby. But a bit disappointed that the plugs only work when the light is turned on. I would like to be able to plug in some Christmas lights without needing to have the light on too. If this doesn't bother you, then this really is a great porch light and might be right for you.

Easy to install. It looks nice and classy. They shine bright. I love the motion sensor and how it turns itself on and off with the sun. Glad I found it!
