Malankara Espresso Bar - Italian Espresso Coffee in whole beans | long time roasted 5% Arabica 95% Robusta (1 kg)

I've had a bean to cup machine for around five years. I've always followed the experts and stuck with 100% arabica beans. I saw these were well reviewed and without reading the details, ordered some thinking that athe price, it only has to be drinkable. On first taste, I was so impressed that I went to order more, and found that this pack contains robusta beans too. All I can say is the flavour is round, nutty and strong without bitterness. Amazing at the price.

Ok so I’m no CoffeeAffectionatta but I do like a cracking cwoffee in my cup and this will not disappoint.It’s a light roast (see pic) yet has the body of a dark roast.I’m using an Aeropress so managed to get a decent crema, the higher the bar pressure the more crema ☺️The end results are slightly chocolately with a lingering hazelnut base note, for the price my friends I’d say get it or regret it.Please like this lil review if of course you found it useful! 🙃

The coffee is good, as expected. The crema is firm and dense (I'm using GAGGIA bean-to-cup machine). It's similar to Lavazza caffe crema style. Bought it to have a change from my usual choice and I'm not disappointed.

I make my coffee in a cafetiere, once the measure is right, it's a good tasting coffee no bitterness and even better as a latte, excellent value too

Great for Espresso, good crema, good taste. What’s not to like?
