Easy to use arduino lcd display
Excellent display for a small arduino project I had, I needed a readout display to show the selected channel of a 4-channel relay. There's plenty of information out there explaining how to scroll text or display characters on either/ both lines of the screen. Don't forget the 10k ohm variable resistor for changing screen brightness.

This is a 1602 x 2 line LCD display not an HD44780 be warned.
This is a fine display for a 5 volt use like Arduino projects. It is no good for 3.3 volt systems like the raspberry pi. The unit suplied is a 1602 - 2 line lcd. The title name suggest it is a Hitachi HD44780 which it is not. Be Aware!

Easy to read display at a low price
Spot on. Easy to read display at a low price. I did have a few problems at first, but those were mainly down to my poor soldering!

nice and bright 16X2 lcd
nice and bright 16X2 lcd.I had to use 4 560Ohm and a 220Ohm resistors to properly dim the characters.Very satisfied.
