Works Well for young kids/hard to remove
They adhere great to just about any surface quickly and easily. I did not get them to adhere to toilet. My daughter did eventually figure out how to open them so I had to use a different style safety lock. These probably are not a good idea for real wood cabinets. You have to pry these off which leaves most of adhesive on cabinets. Using a razor or putty knife is what you will need to get it off which is going to scratch your cabinet. I ended up buying Goo Gone and rag and my fingernail to get it off. I did two applications of Goo Gone to get it all off.

Child Safety Locks are a MUST!
These are very easy to install and operate. They simply stick on to your surfaces and have a click button release. Really like that they include the 2 extra for sliding doors. Work great and I would recommend if you have small children.

Somewhat effective
Did the trick for infant stage but my 2 year old daughter has figured out how to open these...easy to install.
