Makes life hurt a little less
My arm is always going to hurt a bit, but this is without question the best arm support I have tried thus far to help with my tennis elbow.The little gel pad that sticks into the mass of hurty tendons seems to help, and the more I wear this the better I seem to be. Easy to adjust.NB if your hand turns purple and you lose feeling in your fingers, it is on too tight.

This is definately one to avoid.
This is a very poor product. Stiff incomfortable, hard plastic buckle which bites into flesh, hard to put on and take off and it does not apply properly to the area requiring pressure. This is definately one to avoid.

take the pain away
Dubious as to if this would work, have had tennis elbow for sometime. Easy to fit and adjust to correct pressure point and firmness. Wearing this support has enbale me to carry on with many activities that were causing pain. carrying things, typingrecommended

Excellent at the job it does
I have "mouse elbow" RSI (same as Tennis elbow), and this support is excellent in letting me get on with my day to day activities.I bought the Vulkan Elbow Support-Advanced Plastic to wear at night.3 ice baths for the elbow daily plus some mild stretching exercise a day completes the treatment.Wear it as shown in the pic, not over the elbow, the tightness should be over your lower arm muscles.

Effective pain relief
Effective and provided easement however it is described as being one size fits all ... This certainly isn't the case and it could do with being an extra 3-6cm longer.I don't have arms like 'pop eye' but it is rather small. But effective if a little expensive

not that good
i have cronic tennis elbow, it didnt work well on mine. i suppose mine ran from wrist to elbow (pain and injury level) found no release in help or support from this 1.. sorry.
