Its for safety purpose and will not allow kids to open the draw

Lock mechanism is weak. Toddler can easily open it.

Product is good, glue is strong enough to hold on to the surface, only concern is my 18 months old daughter happened to figured out legitimate way to unlock it (press the button) in couple of days 🥲
