I have been using supercharged collagen for years and have found it effective in its benefits for my joints and specifically my fingers. Utilizing it pre-workout for climbing has helped me have confidence in my finger health and strength gains. It tastes great in smoothies, milks, and even just with water. I add a scoop of this to my smoothies before a session at the bouldering gym. Over the past month, I have noticed a reduction in recovery time after a long session. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of how it clumps up with a regular drink. Hence, why I use a blender and make a smoothie.

This collagen supplement is awesome! I’ve been taking it before exercising for a while now and I feel like it’s been really supportive my joints. I’m in my 40’s so it really important for me to take a collagen supplement.

I may be a little picky and sensitive to tastes and textures but this stuff doesn’t taste good at all. I tried mixing it with orange juice and still was gross.
