A great Christmas gift. Reasonable price quality is not bad. Not an everyday player cue but a good one to learn with.

My friend has been teaching me how to play pool. Once I started to get the hang of it and enjoy myself I decided to purchase a pool cue. I searched long in hard for a cue I could afford and adore. I never thought I would find one that I would love as much as the one I found. I was over the top with the descriptions and very happy to see that Amazon had it at a price I could afford. The Underground Sweet Candy Pool Cue Made of Canadian Maple wood had me at hello... The amazing tattoo art work on it is stunning and the cue feels like butter between ur fingers. I knew I would need a nice carrying case for it and Amazon was offering this beautiful sturdy case for a great price. The top of the cake is the case is a beautiful dusty pink and has a smooth feel to it. The strap is sturdy and both the bag and strap are removable. If you love pink or ur looking to give ur favorite female a nice gift... I suggest both the pool cue and the carrying case  1x1 Pool Cue Carrying Case Holds 1 Butt & 1 Shaft, Pink . worth every penny. The quality is top notch and most important the cue was not warped at all. Only negative is the tip is not screw off. Not sure why but maybe they will change that in the future.

No reinforced joint. It would have made for a better cue overall if it had reinforced joints. Good design I thought, though that joint might prove to be weak. Hopefully it won't snap one day.

I really liked the stick when I got it, now after 6 months of using it twice a week I need to buy something else. The tip was always tilted since I got it but I adjusted that by shaping it to make up the difference. Now it’s slightly warped and when you use it, it feels like the shaft is made of cork. It’s hard to find pretty sticks for women that aren’t just painted house sticks, which is what this feels like to me now.

Oh, Sweet candy. I love this cue. It's perfect for a beginner who wants to play with something better than house cues, but who also doesn't want to spend $500 on a crazy pro one. I played with this cue all the time, never had any problems with the joint, warping, the tip, etc. It was such a good starter cue for me. Plus it says "Sweet Candy" on the butt, how can that not be awesome? hahaUnfortunately it got stolen out of my car one night at my complex so that pretty much broke my heart. My first pool cue was gone, and the only reason I was so upset was because it was such great quality. So, go ahead and buy this cue. It's inexpensive but good quality too. You'll have fun with it, esp. when someone comes up to you and says, does that cue say "sweet candy" on it? haha :)

Small curve in the shaft on the first one, called customer services and they did not hesitate to send out a replacement. Excellent service and the replacement is in pristine condition. A++ 😊
