This Amazon Elements women’s multivitamin impressed me with its thoughtful formulation. The 59% whole food cultured vitamins are gentler on the stomach than synthetic alternatives, and I appreciate the inclusion of women-specific botanicals like chaste tree and red clover. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve been taking these for three months and feel more energetic throughout the day. The iron content doesn’t cause stomach upset like other brands, likely due to the cultured form. The addition of both K1 and K2 vitamins shows attention to detail that’s often missing in budget multivitamins. At this price point for a 2-month supply, it’s excellent value compared to similar whole food multivitamins from premium brands. This product provides all the nutrients you find in other more popular brands. The tablets are large, I have no problem swallowing but it will be a problem for some. The price is great.

These are not your big box store vitamins. They are great vitamins made from food. They are not for people with an easy gag reflex, they are large and they have a strong vitamin smell. I’ll keep buying them as I will be on vitamins for the rest of my life. I have bought them multiple times before writing this review.

This is the second time I have gotten this product. I am in college full-time and work full-time, so making sure I get proper nutrients and vitamins from food at times just isn't realistic with my schedule. I have tried other vitamins and have found that these give a noticeable difference in my energy levels, how often I feel hungry, and even as much as my concentration. With seeing how well these multivitamins were responding to me, my mom (late 50's) decided to give it a try and has similar feedback. Side note: I read a review about high amounts of Iron, as they stated you should consult with your doctor to see if the amount in the pills is too high. I personally haven't noticed a problem but something worth considering. I'm a huge fan of this multivitamin. I have a sensitive stomach and zinc in multivitamins has always made me nauseous, even if I take it with food. This stuff is amazing. I can take these vitamins on an empty stomach (right before bed, usually), and I get no nausea. They're easy to take. Vegan friendly. They have a good blend of nutrients in it, and I love that they share all the lab results. I'll be taking these for a long time to come.

These tablets are huge. I had difficulty swallowing it. Got stuck in my esophagus and it eventually felt like a rock in my stomach. Can't take these and cannot recommend them.

Like that they are healthier grade and cost effective. The aftertaste is a little strong. You have to chase it down with liquid afterwards.

I genetaly do not like one a day vitamins, because they go right through me undigested. These break down in a glass of water completely.
