im not sure why some of the other training mask are so much more than this one but it has a lot more than i expected for the price tag its comes with parts to adjust for altitude all the way up to 18k feet ,it comes set up for 7k i think i have been using it for about a week and can already see a noticeable increase in lung capacity

Mask fit well except for over the ears. Puts to much pressure on the ears to be comfortable. Had to order a head strap to fix this problem. Now it fits as it should. The head strap should come with the original equipment.

Use that to prep for my military Basic training

100% worth the money if only for the diaphragm training. It's so much easier to get into rhythm and push through pain when you're constantly taking deep breaths.

This item was bought as a gift but I have not heard any complaints, so I assume that it is working as intended.

This does more or less everything that you need it to do, but it is quite difficult to adjust the airflow.Be warned that it feels a bit like you're suffocating when you first use it, but it does get better the more you use it.
