SEM25TO17MM is a versatile adapter that allows you to convert mounts with a 25mm (1 inch) mounting pattern (including Arkon Robust Mount models and RAM Mounts—sold separately) to a 17mm mounting pattern. This particular adapter is required to make a Robust Mount Series pedestal compatible with our Mobile Grip 2 holder MG002WR. This includes only the 25mm Ball to 17mm Ball Adapter. (Mounts, holders, and devices sold separately.) Secure the adapter onto any mount accommodating the 25mm (1 inch) ball pattern. Use the SEM25TO17MM adapter with current Arkon Robust Mount Models including RM080AMPS (Heavy-Duty 80mm Suction Mounting Pedestal with 4-Hole AMPS Head), RM2XAMPS (Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS to 4-Hole AMPS Mounting Pedestal), or RM0802T (Heavy-Duty 80mm Suction Pedestal) to make them compatible for Garmin GPS or other devices with a 17mm mounting pattern.

Great Gadget!
I bought a new Garmin Zumo for my Honda Valkyrie. When I received the GPS the attachments didn't fit my handlebar attachment. SO what to do? I looked on Amazon and I found this adapter and I took a chance and it worked perfectly. I am very happy with this gadget and it made my new GPS fit my handlebar attachment perfect. I used it on my 4000 mile motorcycle trip to Billings, Montana from Oklahoma City. It was a great trip with my Garmin Zuma.

Ordered this for my Garmin to Ram mounting. Worked well, just needed a bit of medical tape on the 17 mm ball to tighten up the grip. I really didn't want the gps to bounce off on a bump while on my motorcycle. Worth buying.

Exactly what I needed.
This connects my 1” ball to the 17 mm farming mount. As others have said the 17 mm could be 17.5 for a more snug fit, however this is working for me and is not really a problem. Yes, I would buy this again.

Wouldn’t buy it again.
It fits the Garmin cradle but the GPS won’t stay in place. It tilts down every couple of minutes.
