I’m so happy to have this to add to my hot oatmeal mixture. Used to be able to purchase at grocery stores … my Mom used it our oatmeal when I was home. It’s so delicious and healthy!! 😊

Great cereal
I love this cereal and am very glad it is available again. My only complaint is I bought the 5 packages and the best buy date is December 2024. I expected it to be a bit better than that. Since I can't eat 5 packages in that time, I will share with relatives.

Great taste, slow to cook
I have eaten Red River cereal for decades. A while ago, a corporate acquisition ruined the cereal. It is now back to its great taste sold by a Canadian company. The package claims you must cook the cereal for 12 - 14 minutes. Soaking the cereal the night before brings the necessary cooking time down to a more reasonable 6 minutes.
