Q: May I ask why Silk brand unsweetened coconut milk has <1 gram carbohydrates per 240 mL, but this brand has 2g carbohydrates (2g sugar) per 80 mL?

Silk is a coconut milk "beverage" It is 98 % water with some additive to make it thick and a tiny bit of coconut milk. This product is 100 % coconut milk. No added water.

Q: why can the boxes once opened only be in the refidgerator 2 days at max?? I only drink 8 oz a day and that would be 4 days

Mine lasts A LOT longer than stated 3 days... At least 7 days and much longer in actuality. I suspect 3 days might be true in tropical climate? Honestly, I have had a container open all day sitting in 90 degree heat and it tastes delicious!!!!!!! They have to say 3 days, so that people don't get upset if it spoils more quickly??? not sure exactly, because mine always last much longer even when I abuse the product and let it sit at room temperature. Allow me to explain, I drink coffee throughout the day, I use the Aroy-D Coconut milk &/or Aroy-D Cococnut Cream. My fave coffee is the day I open a new pack of Coconut Milk and the product is room temperature, the texture is divine and it does not cool down my coffee as it does when out of fridge. I leave the container out, waiting for my next cup of coffee.... Today, It is 2:30pm and it has been out since this morning approx. 9:30/10am and this is day 2 of treating the product like so. I plan to use it now and maybe even leave it out for another cup in several hours.... my house is 85 F degrees currently in a heat wave. My coconut milk tastes young, fresh and sweet- It is so fresh, maybe that's why it does NOT SPOIL QUICKLY....... this product, AROY-D COCONUT MILK & AROY-D COCONUT CREAM last much longer than the printed 3 day warning..... I was just scoffing & laughing about that 3 day warning, I told my family- ha! lasts me MUCH LONGER than 3 days.... CHEERS! My fave Coconut Milk products are ARoy-D for the last 5 years since I discovered them..... YUMMY!!!!

Coconut milk is made by finely shredding coconut, mixing it with water, and finally squeezing the liquid out. The final percentage water will depend on exactly how much is added to the coconut shreds. The texture and fat content will also be different between less or more mature coconuts, with the more mature ones being thicker and fattier.

Q: Nutritional info? Carbs per serving? Serving size?

Serving size is half a cup. Carbs per serving 2g. If you look at other sellers of said product on Amazon many of them display the nutritional information. There is 0g of fiber and only 1g of protein per serving and 17g of fat per serving and 2g of sugar.
