Great product, poor customer service.
Worked perfectly when I got the right length. Returns are a nightmare, had a service issue when I told them I had a AWD the vin labeled as a 4WD and the person stated the driveshaft wouldn’t work. I explained that I researched it after I got the wrong length and I didn’t want the money back just an exchange. They had the return already but held my money for 8 days. Would not sell me this driveshaft and keep the money. Totally satisfied with the product totally unsatisfactory customer service and support.

This part was perfect at a third the price of the local dealer. It was quick and easy to install. There are about 8 different driveshafts for this model jeep. Most mechanics are clueless on this. The shafts all are slightly different in sizes. Measure the old one first. It is the middle hanging (stabilizer, steady) bracket that is the problem with a rubber ring that wears out but the whole shaft has to be replaced. The transfer cases on jeeps up to about 2015 are the Mercedes ones, that Mercedes replaced when they bought Chrysler - also bulletproof - so a clunking is not likely the transfer or diff (rear bearings are a different story) but the shaft.
