After suffering from nightly teeth grinding for more than a year I decided to look for a mouthguard. I was sceptical at first that this product would work. Nevertheless, I placed my order and within a couple of days, the mouthguard arrived. You receive 4 mouldable mouthguards, 2 which are small and 2 larger ones. You also get a plastic storage case and a very clear set of instructions. I’ve only used one of the smaller mouthguards so far and it works fine. It didn’t interrupt my sleep and, though I was concerned about choking on it there was no risk of that as (if you follow the preparation instructions correctly) the guard fits securely to your teeth and doesn’t move. The result? I still clench my teeth in my sleep but when I wake, I don’t have toothache or jaw pain. The mouthguard is thick enough to protect your teeth but not so thick as to make you retch. I’m glad I tried this brand first rather than a dearer one or - take my dentist’s advice and let him persuade me into buying an expensive custom-made guard.I’ve added a picture to show how it looks when you’ve moulded it to your teeth. The guard in the background shows a new guard before you mould it to your teeth. The guard in the foreground shows how it looks when you’ve finished moulding it.

I’m always sceptical with cheap products that promise big things. But this one delivers. You definitely need to let these sit in hot water for 30 seconds. I opted for boiling water left to cool for 1-2 mins - just to bring it down from the boil.I left these to soften for 30 seconds until they felt very soft and maliable, I took one at a time, (leaving the other still heating) and pressed them firmly around my entire teeth area. Underneath, front and back. Once it had moulded perfectly I submerged into ice cold water to set shape.I repeated for both upper and lower guard. I’ve been using them for the last week and have found them to protect my teeth and jaw from any aching, I cannot promise it will cure bruxism nor can I promise you won’t clench. But having suffered from this for years (18) and it leading to severe migraines. It’s eased these significantly.Pros:- cheap yet good build quality- easy to set up with hot water and cold waterCons:- instructions aren’t in perfect English but it’s easy enough to understand- can be fiddily and take a few times to get perfect mouldOverall - great product worth £10 spent!!

This mouth guard is an excellent bargain. Had few of them previously, this one fits amazingly well. Just need to do everything carefully to adjust it correctly. Anyways, fantastic purchase for the price.Def recommend.

I bought this because I grind my teeth in my sleep.I've avoided buying a mouth guard for a long time, I often let myself get swayed by negative product reviews. I'm glad I chose this one though.The instructions aren't exactly a paragon of English language, but they were still clear enough.I wore the guard for the first time last night and for the first time in a long time I've woken up without a headache and a sore jaw, so it's already been worth it!I usually wait a while before I write a review so I can comment on durability, but I'm not expecting the guard to last forever! Good hygiene dictates it should probably be changed every few months. After sleep I soak the guard in a sterilizing solution.Here's my advice on using this kit:1. When moulding the guard, don't put it in boiling water, switch the kettle off before it boils. If it's too hot for your hands it's too hot for the guard and too hot to put into your mouth.2. It doesn't take the guard that long to go soft, so don't walk away and leave it.3. Don't use the plastic holder they provide with the guards for the soaking part, it has small ventilation holes in it. I found a shallow desert bowl was easiest.4. The package contains two different sizes of mouth guard, only one of the sizes will be useful to you, practice with the wrong size before making one in the right size.5. Once you've squidged it around your teeth make sure to try and suck the air and water out of it, this helps it adjust better to the roof of your mouth.6. Don't forget to run it under cold water once made so that it hardens up, it will shrink a tiny tiny bit when you do this, I found that reassuring as when I warmed it and fitted it, it did feel a little slippy, but after cooling the guard it sat perfectly around my teeth to the point where I was confident it wouldn't fall or slip out of place while I was sleeping.All in all a good mouth guard, easy to use and I would recommend to anyone.

Used this last night for the first time. The instructions we clear and easy to follow 👍🏼 moulded the guards first time quickly without burning my self. They were comfortable to fall sleep inAnd we’re still in place when I woke up. The easy to open case which is included is great to store them in while they’re not in use. Highly recommend this product. Will be ordering again when theses wear out 🙌🏼

My dentist told me he could provide me with a mouth guard to stop me damaging my teeth at night for a mere £90. I thought this guard was worth a try and it's been brilliant. It is comfortable enough and has done the job of protecting my teeth from the effects of grinding and easing jaw pain.The box contains four guards, two large and two small. The small ones fit me and i can't use the other size. They can be softened in hot water and molded to your mouth shape. They probably last about 3-4 months depending on how hard you grind. Definitely worth a go if you suffer from bruxism

Much cheaper than go to the dentist and pay for new teeth.
