I am normally rather constipated, but I am working to improve this with a healthier diet. After having a couple of scoops of this (with cold, semi-skimmed milk) I can begin to feel 'the call of nature' on a daily basis, instead of only going once or twice a week. The smell and consistency of my stool is also nice and healthy; the smell can be a little 'ripe', but needs must, needs must, Caroline! All I will say against it is that sometimes the powder sticks to the top of my mouth. It is rather like flour.

prob 5kg is too much!

Doesn't mix well at all, so I had clumps in every shake. It got the bin less than half way through. Would not recommend.
