Hi. I bought two of these bolts for double gates.These are pleasing to the eye, but I wouldn’t say they’re heavy duty.For just a few pennies more. Maybe add some proper security screws.Wouldn’t that make life so much easier ?

I needed a long gate latch in stainless. This one is heavy and solid. Wish it came with screws.

Really appreciated the long throw of this latch. Worked perfectly for my application where the two doors were farther apart than normal.This is not a cattle or horse rated latch as the metal guides are a bit thin; however, it works well for keeping wind from blowing doors open and keeping people out.Would buy again.
