I put this cap on and was extremely satisfied however we had strong winds the next day and the metal cap broke off the uptight points at the welds. Ordered a new one. Hopefully it was just a bad one.

Pork quality
Item was not properly spot welded at the factory. One spot weld popped loose during transit. No other damage. Having been a welder, it was easy, determine that the spot washing machine was not hot enough when the project was made.

Looks good great customer service
Arrived fast and the install was fairly easy. My chimney cap is fat so I just opened up the spacing on the brackets a little to make sure it stays in place. Great customer service

Loose fit
Product came as advertised but attachment is horrible. First 20 mph almost blew it of liner.I needed to drill holes through liner and attach cover with wire. Don't recommend
