Great for workouts and beginners
I have played this three times a day since I’ve got it, and I am hooked! I’ve already seen improvement in my fitness and build. One criticism is after a lot of use over a couple of days, two of the balls have broken. One the ball itself was cracked from my hits. The other one, the white attached strap broke where you tie the black string onto. That being said, great value overall. Will be buying more balls with strings.

Works great if you have a strong return.
After reenforcing the knots and filling it up with water, we tried it in our cul-de-sac. It was great for my husband who as a considerably strong swing and consistent accuracy. My son, who is still learning, had a hard time with it, and it only worded 70% of the time for me. Maybe it will incent my son and me to practice on a stronger return. I may try to replace the elastic cord.

Ball doesn't rebound. I got this to train my 8yr old but didn't help. I tried it myself and find it hard.

This product is flimsy
Did not care for this item, cheap and not very sturdy at all. The cord is cheap and tangles easily. Not worth the money.
