Slightly thicker but works great
Read review with install instructions from Vincent P. This new unit is slighly thicker than old one but fits fine since screws are long enough. Before removing old speakers, note location of red stripe at screws becasue you must follow orientation or speaker wont get signal from copper tabs. I put a dab of glue on metal plates and round silver speaker coils.

Worked perfect. The existing screw in tv are very hard to remove!!
Worked perfect. The existing screws in the tv are very hard to remove!! They must have torque them in. I could remove all, but one. I had to destroy it to remove it, but still new speakers work, great. I think it is worth the trouble versus the expensive of purchasing a new tv if you are on a budget. So glad, they came with new plastic grommets, because the old were hard to remove. I had to remove them in pieces.

Good speakers that will require some tweaking to fit
Restored the sound quality on our Samsung Smart TV. Just be mindful that the plastic is thicker than the original, making the fit of the clips that must be transferred from the original speakers to the new ones difficult. I had to stretch the clips to get them to fit. Otherwise, a quality product at a reasonable price

Easy installation
Quick shipping from vendor, but I was concerned the speakers may be damaged since they came in a bubble wrap envelope and no other packing. Opened it up and inspected the speakers as best as my untrained eyes could. All seemed well.I purchased these replacement speakers for my Samsung UN46D6000 series smart TV. Plenty of videos on You Tube to show how to install. Hats off to a fellow reviewer who had replaced his speakers on the same model TV. He pointed out that you need to look for the red marks on the new speakers and when you open up the speaker case, make sure you orient the new speakers with the red line as the old speakers.I did have some difficulty in removing the last two screws on the right speaker. PLEASE be careful in removing these screws. I almost burred the head on one of them. Thankfully, I was able to get it out. Also, there is a black piece of tape on the speaker units that you should remove before taking out the old speaker screws. This will help in getting the old speakers out. Again, once you have installed the new speakers with their four screws, don't forget to flip it over and put the black tape (or whatever it is) back on.After putting the back onto the TV, we hooked it up and "THE SPEAKERS WORKED".The installation took me about 45 minutes total, but I spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the last two screws out of the right speaker.Hope this helps someone. May I suggest that when you write your review on speaker replacement and etc, please put the name and model number of your TV. That would help other people as the mentioned reviewer did in his review. Thanks again and have a blessed day.

These do not work
Well, i should've listen to other reviews. These are thicker than original, you can take care of that by filing them, but why?The main problem though is that they are not 6 ohm, but more, or just defective. Sound on max comes out extremely low, and you can barely hear anything on normal level. Waste of time

They fit perfectly for me without filing
Perhaps all the people who wrote that they had to file down the edges to make it fit have a different model TV than the model these speakers would made for. For me the speakers looked identical to the ones that came out and fit perfectly. One hint I want to share is that, instead of trying to pry the speaker out, I found it to be much easier to lift the entire speaker assembly up and slightly peel back the tape (not all the way but enough to expose one of the holes that the magnetic part of the speaker sits in), and then just push the speaker out from underneath by pushing on one of the magnets. It will pop right out. When inserting the new speaker, you may have to slightly bend the eyehole connectors up a little (maybe that is why people thought it needed to be filed but it worked just fine for me and the metal plate piece went on over it perfectly. Remember, you will have to glue those metal plates back down so make sure you have a glue that will try quickly so you are not waiting a long time before putting the back of the TV back on. I used a tiny bit drop of 5 minute epoxy. Overall took me about 20 minutes.

Not 100% compatible with original speakers
Bought a pair to replace broken original speakers for a Samsung tv. But the received speakers are 1 mm thicker, a big issue when installing as thickness prevent a proper electric connection. Nothing that a careful file and rotary tool can not fix, but the definitely not plug & play. Sound seems fine.

These fit the Samsung UN55D6000SFXZA
Ordered other speakers, which I had to return. I was careful with model numbers and they claimed those fit, they did not. These did fit. They replaced the old speakers which were rattling and sounding tinny.Replacement was a snap. You tube videos show you how. Be sure to lay everything on a blanket on a large table, so you don't scratch the screen, then remove screws, there are a couple different sizes, the small ones I used blue marking tape to stick them next to their hole. Be sure to line up the red dot on the speakers the way they originally were, either mark with blue tape or take a photo, the left and right are different. Should take 30-45 mins start to finish if you've never done this before. A lot cheaper than a new TV!
