I am impressed with this set. While many people may use this to improve the appearance of the skin, I use it to help with my circulation issues. The massage roller is my absolute favorite thing in this kit. I have Dercum's disease and the fibrosis under my skin is painful to the touch but I NEED to massage it for relief and healing. This massage roller is angled in such a way that it cups your limbs very comfortably and gently but is quite effective at stimulating circulation. (Be sure to use lotion or oil.) The cups are a very powerful way to increase blood flow. Start slow at first, it can feel painful. Be sure to use lotion or oil or with soap in the shower. It's nice that this kit has cups for the face as well as the body. The facial brush feels amazing to wash my face with. Best of all, all these items are kept together in a nice drawstring bag so they don't get easily lost. My only complaint is that the printed image on the bag. A little too racy to have lying around with teenage boys. Wish it was a plain bag or had the name of the product on it. The product still performs well, so 5 stars for sure.

I like the measuring tape, though it's kind of a weird little add-on for this product. The thing I'd use the most is the massage roller but cream or oil is necessary, which can be inconvenient. As for the cups themselves... they remind me way to much of my little boob milk-catcher (aka my hakaa) that I use when nursing my daughter so that's turned me off to them (lololol). I'll probably try to use them more regularly later on when I've dropped a bit more of the baby weight and want to focus on the smaller details.

I have never used anything like this and am excited to see how it works. I really like the massage roller brush. I have started using that every day!

The wife wanted to,give this a try. She has had cupping therapy done and wanted to try an at home set. The set comes with different size cups, a facial massager, and hand held massager. The cups work fairly well and hold well to the skin. The only issue we had with the set was that we wished I came with more larger cups. The wife seems to like it and using it often. They have a YouTube video to show you how to use the products that came in handy.

The idea of this kit made me nervous at first, but after using it it reminds me of living in China and having the experience of getting cupped to get the toxins out of our body. Definitely follow the directions and use it with water/soap/oil. I would also say be cautious of how much you squeeze it on the first time. I wish the directions were more detailed, but still a great product.

So far it seems to be effective at least it feels like it's working.

My wife loves it! Product works well and the price is right!
